הֲבִינֵנוּ ה' אֱ-לֹהֵינו ּלָדַעַת דְּרָכֶיךָ,(recite first three blessings of Amidah first, then say:) Grant us, Lord our God, understanding to know Thy ways,

וּמוֹל אֶת לְבָבֵנוּ לְיִרְאָתֶךָ,and open our hearts to Thy awe,

וְתִסְלַח לָנוּ לִהְיוֹת גְּאוּלִים,and forgive us, so that we may be redeemed,

וְרַחֲקֵנוּ מִמַּכְאוֹב,and keep us far away from pain,

וְדַשְּׁנֵנוּ בִּנְאוֹת אַרְצֶךָ,and satisfy us with the pleasant produce of Thy earth,
