תוס' ד"ה סתם. ואפילו זנתה תחת בעלה וכו' וגם אם לא ירצה הבעל לא יגרשנה אלא תשמשנו ומתוך וכו'. כצ"ל וכן הוא בפסקי תוספות וכן כתב מהר"ם בתשובה משם ר"י שאם זנתה תשמשנו והובאה תשובת מהר"ם בתשובות הרשב"א סימן תת"ם. ודבר זה נעלם מכמה אחרונים שהביאו לשון התוס' כנסחא דקמן שלא תשמשנו. ואין הדבר כן שהוא טעות וכמו שכתבתי בעניותי בספרי הקטן ברכי יוסף א"ה סימן י"א אות ח' בס"ד:
