הכל שוחטין ושחיטתן כשרה. כלומר הכל שוחטין משמע לכתחלה ושחיטתן כשרה דאיעבד וקשיא רישא לסיפא:

התם כדקתני טעם כלומר [דאסור] לכתחלה:

הכל מעריכין. דאמר ערך פלוני נותן הכל לפי שהוא אם בן חמשים כבן חמשים אם בן עשרים כבן עשרים אם בן חדש כבן חדש:

ונערכין דיכול להעריך עצמו ונותן ערכו הכל לפי הזמן וזה הערך:

נודרין. רשאי לומר דמי פלוני עלי ונותן (דמיו כו' עד נותן) דמיו ושמין אותו כעבד:
